Q: What is Virgin Hair ?

Virgin hair is a form of human hair, which has never been colored or permed. It is 100% NATURAL virgin unprocessed hair that all the cuticles remain intact.

Q: What about hair quality?

Our hair is 100% 7A top quality unprocessed virgin hair. We only select young and healthy human hair as material, so the hair is very soft, no shedding no tangles no smell.

Q: Can the hair be straightened, curled?

A:  Yes. All the hair we sell can be straightened and curled. Just treat the hair as if it is your own. However, please do not use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

 Q: Can the hair be dyed?

A: Yes. All the hair we sell can be dyed.  

As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can’t get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Q: How many bundles hair needed for one full head?

Normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head, you can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 22" long, you may need one more bundle.  

Q. How long would it last?

A: The 7A grade hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.

Q. What type of hair care products should I use? 

 A: Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Recommended shampoos and conditioners: Pantene PROV For treatment and every day use: Olive Oil Hair Polisher.

Q: Can I blow-dry the hair extensions?

The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do often. The best way is to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing to keep using long time.

Q: Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.         

Q: Why the colors of hair extensions don‘t seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?

A: We try the best to show their original colors, but please understand that different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same color number will have a little color difference. 

 Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

 A: Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke, being ash after burning which will go away if you pinch it. While synthetic hair will show black smoke and smell stink, being a sticky ball after burning. Moreover, human hair may have a few gray hair and split ends, it is normal and not a quality problem.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: We accept PayPal as main payment method, we also accept payment by Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank Transfer. 

Q: Can I pay through PayPal with my credit card?

A: Yes. PayPal can be used at hothairsale.com to purchase items by Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

Q: How long do you take to dispatch an order?

A: We dispatch the order in 1-2 days after payment made.

Q: How many days will my order be delivered?

A: Hothairsale.com provides regular shipping and express shipping.

If you choose regular shipping method, it often takes 7-15 days to deliver the order.

If you choose DHL shipping method, it often takes 3-5 days to deliver the order.

Q: What if I don't like the items?
